Hi!

I'm Alex. I'm a senior who's looking for 1-2 other female roommates to take over my one roommate and I's leases for the 2025-2026 academic year. I currently live with 3 other girls in an apartment on High Street, a 10-minute walk from campus.... You (and possibly 1 other person) would be taking over for me and 1 other girl I live with, Carolyn.

This FURNISHED apartment is 650 square feet. It's right in the heart of town where all the good restaurants and stores are, directly next door to Rite Aid and the new Mayday cafe. The building has a laundry room, a beautiful community patio, and a lounge with a gym, tons of chairs, couches, a ping-pong and pool table, and flat-screen TVs.

The rent will cost about $500-$670 ($670 is the worst case scenario) per person, including utilities, split between 4 people. The tenant is only responsible for paying electric and Internet/WiFi bills. Renter's insurance is NOT required.

You would be getting 1 big room, which you can either have for yourself for $1,000-$1,100/month or share with 1 other person for $500-$670/month.

You will NOT need a guarantor.

Up-front cost is $377.50:
- $65 application fee per person where you may get reimbursed in some way (please contact me or Augustina for more details)

- IF YOU APPLY NOW OR ASAP, you can avoid an additional $100 charge.

- $1,100 security deposit (you will get it back), which will be split between each roommate ($250-$333)

- $150 amenity fee, split evenly between each roommate

If you have a car, parking costs $125/month, but there's a way to get it for $65/month (contact me for more info).

Preferably NO pets. We strongly prefer female roommates. We would prefer everyone to be 21+ years old, but are not too picky about age.

My roommates, Augustina and Katherine, are super fun, friendly, hilarious, generous, and caring people. They are responsible, organized, and always look out for each other. They're great roommates and even better friends. I'll always be grateful for my time living with them. Although they like to go out and party, they also like to stay in and chill, and they're great students who truly value their educations.
