3-4BR, 3 Bath Awesome House, West Chester University Student Rental

Very nice and clean West Chester University house with 3 large bedrooms, (one with two rooms) and 3 full baths. This house is only two blocks from High Street and two blocks from campus. It's very convenient and has all of the amenities that you are... looking for. The new kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, a bar area, new floors and granite counters. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a first floor full bath for easy access from sports. The house has central air and is a very efficient natural gas system that is on a service contract that is cleaned and maintained each season. There is a basement, a generous back yard and two to three off street parking spaces for the tenants. It's perfect in every way! In general, this house is very well maintained and cared for and we are looking for tenants to continue that way.

Ideally we are looking for 3 students who are interested in a nice, clean place to live and will keep it that way but will consider 4.

Currently the house is occupied so showings will be by appointment only. Please email for more information. The house will definitely be available for rent July 1st and an earlier date is a possibility. More pictures are available upon request.
