One Bedroom, private bath in a house: Starts in January

Renter will have his/her/their own bedroom and private bath with use of a kitchen, washer/dryer, a family room with a desk in a private home, and a deck with a southern exposure. Rent is $25 per day, including all utilities. On the days that the... renter dog sits a friendly, seven-year old bichon frise, he/she/they pay no rent. Home is a ten-minute walk both from the main campus and south campus in a quiet, tree-lined street.

Renter should be mature, responsible, reliable, clean, and available on most days that require dog sitting. Renter and owner will review dog sitting dates (they don't include Spring break) when they meet. Renter should like dogs.
Dog sitting requirements include 2-3 daily short walks, feeding dog, and staying overnight in the house when dog sitting.
